Welcome!

PARISH OFFICE HOURS:

Dear Friends,

Welcome to Our Lady Star of the Sea in scenic Solomons, Maryland. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, and in compliance with our civil authorities we are unable to have “public” celebrations of Mass at this time. I know that not being able to receive the most holy Eucharist at Mass is a terrible suffering. We however, like the Christians who came before us and who endured plagues and pandemics and religious persecutions do not give up our supernatural outlook of faith, that Christ is near us, most especially with those who are suffering whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually. In order to stay connected we are live-streaming daily Mass on our Facebook and YouTube channels at 9:00am and praying a Holy Hour starting at 12:00pm in which we pray for your intentions that you can submit to using the form below. I know this is a very difficult time for all of us, please know the staff and I are here to support you in anyway we can. Let us keep each other in prayer, and those beautiful words Jesus gave to St. Faustina on our lips, “Jesus, I trust in you.”

Faithfully yours in Christ,

Fr. Ken
